Images Scholarship ProgramThis award targets deserving students interested in pursuing a career in tourism. There are six scholarships available in the amount of $2,000 each allocated to Norfolk Public Schools. Additionally, the Program is designed to educate and train students on the dynamics of the tourism industry.
Eligibility Criteria includes:- Eleventh and Twelfth grade students enrolled in a Norfolk, VA high school.
- Maintain a 2.75 GPA through graduation.
- Displays an interest in the tourism industry.
- Letter of reference from guidance counselor.
- Letter of reference from Business or Culinary Arts teacher.
- Letter of reference from a non-related individual.
- Copy of transcript up to current semester when applying.
- Write an essay consisting of 500-1000 words from selection.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Must reside in Norfolk, VA and attend one of the Norfolk public high schools.

Golf Tournament Recap
The NCVB Training & Research Foundation, Inc. Fourth Annual Golf Tournament was held on October 10, 2007 and was an enormous success. Thank you to the many sponsors, supporters and volunteers who participated in this event. Your contributions helped raise over $100,000 in sponsorships and in-kinds.
