NCVB A Winner to Close 2006

NORFOLK, Va. – December, 2006 – The Norfolk Convention and Visitors Bureau (NCVB) has been honored with the 2006 Gold Award by Meetings and Conventions Magazine, as well as the Award of Excellence from Corporate & Incentive Travel Magazine.
